The Penicillin is the perfect seasonal sip for this time of year. A rich, smoky and warming cocktail to keep the chills away, made with whisky, fresh lemon juice and honey syrup.
45ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Whisky
15ml Lagavulin 16 Year Old Scotch Whisky
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml MONIN Lemon Ginger & Honey syrup
Simply add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Then float the Lagavulin on top by slowly pouring the liquid over the back of the spoon, on top of the drink.
