Maker’s Mark Mint Julep

Glass:

Julep Cup / Rocks

 

Ingredients: 

60ml Maker’s Mark Bourbon

Fresh Mint

2 Tablespoons of simple syrup muddled with mint

Distilled Water

Powdered Sugar

 

Method: 

Muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup, add bourbon and a splash of distilled water. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour mixture over the top, stirring briefly. Garnish with a mint spring and sprinkle the top of ice with powdered sugar.
