Fig Liqueur Cocktails with Esprit de Figues

Patrick Borg, the mastermind behind Esprit de Figues, has created a liqueur inspired by his Mediterranean roots. The recipe, which took the team more than seven years of research and development to make, sees the figs infused in a 150-year-old distillery in Burgundy for three months. The liqueur is very flavoursome and tastes of fig and raspberry jam.

Esprit de Figues

GLASS:
Rocks glass

INGREDIENTS:
30ml Esprit de Figues Fig Liqueur
30ml 666 St. Ali Coffee Vodka
20ml Chilled Espresso coffee
15ml MONIN Agave Syrup

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice

GARNISH:
1/4 fresh fig and three coffee beans

Fig & Honey Collins

Esprit de Figues

GLASS:
Tall

INGREDIENTS:
30ml Esprit de Figues Fig Liqueur
30ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Honey water
60ml Soda water

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a tall glass, fill with ice and stir well

GARNISH:
A slice of fig, soft cheese and honey drizzle
