explore Margarita week – skinny margarita

Watching the waistline but still want to enjoy a cocktail or two. A skinny margarita is a great option.  This version of the classic still tastes great but lower in calories.

Glassware: Coupette 

Garnish: Salt rim


  • 60ml Tequila
  • 45ml Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 45ml Cointreau (or fresh orange juice)
  • 10ml Light agave syrup (add more or less to taste)

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass
