World Gin Day is this coming Saturday (June 13), and to celebrate we’ve discovered the most elaborate way of enjoying your favourite drink. (Ed note…happy to be proved wrong, post your ideas on our facebook page and we’ll see).
The hard work was done by the Gin Birds, Australian gin connoisseurs who have partnered with a Sydney Artisan Baker to create limited release Gin and Tonic Cake’s. Yes….cakes. And there’s more than one.
We know we love our gin, and now our love can extend to G & T drizzled cupcakes. A vanilla Sponge and Gin and Tonic Buttercream with G & T Grapefruit Drizzle, to be more precise.
