Bringing its iconic English gin to Australian shores this month, Hayman’s Gin, produced by England’s oldest gin distilling family, has teamed up with The Lord Dudley Hotel to give Sydneysiders the Hayman’s Gin Supper Club.
This unique culinary experience combines an exquisite menu with top-quality gin in an exciting food-pairing collaboration steeped in English flair.
Set in the whimsical garden oasis of the newly renovated pub, diners can indulge in combinations such as a French 75 cocktail with cured salmon or a Sloe & Tonic with lamb rump.
The Hayman’s Gin Supper Club ends on October 31, so be sure to get in fast to explore the perfectly curated blend of spirit and food in this traditional British experience.
