HOW TO: Beetroot Collins

The Beetroot Collins is a twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail. This deep purple cocktail not only looks impressive, it is the perfect suggestion for those who like a combination of earthy and citrus flavours.

Glass: Tall / Collins
Garnish: Baby beetroot, beetroot chips and a pinch of beetroot salt

Ingredients:
20ml MONIN Beetroot Puree
10ml MONIN Lime Rantcho
10ml Mezcal
40ml Gin
Sparkling water or soda water

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, apart from the soda water. Shake and strain into glass. Top with soda water
