Founders Sam Galsworthy & Jared Brown ( a renowned gin historian) will personally be in town to launch these events, starting with a ‘Personalised Martini’ session from 4 pm to 6 pm on Friday 12th April. Where attendees will be given the chance to have a small chat with the Sipsmith Founders before they make a martini based on your personality.
This once-in-a-lifetime event will appropriately take place at one of the best gin bars in Australia, The Barber Shop. These personalised martinis will be available throughout the duration of the session along with the opportunity to engage and learn from Sam and Jared.
In addition to this, Sipsmith and The Barber Shop will be hosting a 3 Martini lunch, bringing back the old tradition while intertwining the growing global trend of pairing food with delicious cocktails. Everyone will leave feeling inspired, with ideas for the perfect pairings when entertaining guests at home.
A delectable gin-infused 3 course a la carte menu has been created by The Barber Shop head chef, Dave Penistone.
The menu includes: Gin cured kingfish with pickled ginger, macadamia nuts and baby herbs, paired with a Sipsmith Millionaire Martini; Roasted Venison fillet served with juniper jus, confit shallots and bacon crumb paired with the Classic London Dry Martini; White Chocolate Tart with burnt fig and candied lemon paired with a bespoke Barber Shop Sipsmith Martini.
