My first reaction on sampling the Oracle Shiraz was to ask where I could get more. This deliciously shaped red has layers and layers of complexity yet presents itself in a smooth and textured wine that is approachable right now. It’s deeply intense yet not overbearing. It’s fruit driven with dark chocolate and white pepper layered across black fruits and lovely oak weight rounding out the palate.
