An exciting new product has emerged, combining quintessential Mediterranean flavours of olive and beeswax. Never Never Distilling Co. proudly presents the latest product to their portfolio, Never Never Distilling Co’s Beeswax & Olive Gin.

Crafted using the finest Ligurian beeswax and raw honey sourced from Kangaroo Island’s unique hives – a colony both exceptionally rare and home to the purest strain of Ligurian bees worldwide. Complementing this is Kalamata olive brine from McLaren Vale, Somerton almonds sourced from Port Willunga, and locally grown orange and bay leaf.

But what does this gin taste like? Think Spring in a glass. Fragrant notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom, accompanied by undertones of pine needles and orange zest. The taste experience is opulent and velvety, reminiscent of salted honey and a drizzle of olive oil, elevated by hints of brine, sweet basil, bay leaf, and fresh orange. The finish is long, buttery and smooth, with toasted almonds and the warmth of cooking spices.

This gin is the ultimate ingredient for crafting a well-balanced martini, a Spring time spritz, or a refreshing G&T.
