The anCnoc 12 Year Old is renowned the world over. Known as a must have in any whisky drinkers collection, it is light yet complex and smooth yet challenging. Each twist and turn delivers a surprise. In fact, this is a dram that has something for everyone. Amber in colour with a slight yellow hue, this 12 year old has a soft and aromatic nose with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground before a palate that begins sweet with an appetising fruitiness and a long, smooth finish.

Bottled in its most natural form, this 16 year old wonder is neither chill-filtered nor coloured. As a result, anCnoc 16 Year Old may develop a slight haze with the addition of water or if kept at a low temperature. This haze is a natural characteristic of whisky that is unchill-filtered. A sparkling gold colour with a slight yellow hue opens for an intense aroma on the nose that awakens the senses with bursts of citrus fruit before slowly melting into a soft, sweet fragrant vanilla. Light and zesty with a hint of spice on the palate, this dram warms up to what can only be described as ‘stick to your teeth’ toffee before a long and lingering finish.

A mouth watering combination of sugar, liquor and vanilla on the nose with some toffee and honey with hints of marshmallow before a spicy palate with wood spices, ginger and a few hints of peat. A malty backbone with ripe orange and stewed apples combines before a finish that brings traces of ginger bread dipped in honey.
