Tobermory 15 Year Old

Aged on the mainland before returning to Mull for finishing in Gonzalez Olosoro sherry casks, this 15 year old brings a tantalising hue of golden chestnuts. It opens for a lovely sherried nose that offers notes of fig, orange marmalade, hints of leather and a touch of smoke before a medium to full bodied palate with rich sherry fruit cake, milk chocolate, creamy toffee, light oak and a hint of white pepper. All this creates a lovely spicy tang with a softly spicy finish that tingles with a nutty note and a lingering hint of salt.

The Ledaig 10 YO is a delightful expression that demonstrates a depth of character and complexity far beyond its years of maturation, and bottled at 46.3% ABV. This Single Malt is bright straw gold with lemon highlights in appearance. Ledaig is interspersed with maritime salty brine notes and an underlying suggestion of milk chocolate. On the palate, the signature smoky peat profiles meld seamlessly into savoury salt maltiness and hints of marmalade jam, all complimented by a textual mouthfeel. To finish, spicy white pepper dances over the back palate introducing notes of licorice and cloves.
